Welcome to this Online Audio Processing Platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform" or "we"). Before registering for, accessing, or using any service provided by this Platform, please carefully read and understand the following terms. By clicking "Agree" or by actually using the services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement.

1. Scope of Service

This Platform provides web-based audio processing services, including but not limited to: audio editing, reverb, compression, EQ equalization, recording, format conversion, noise reduction, volume automation, channel adjustment, metronome, and other functions.

Certain premium features may only be available to registered or subscribed users. The Platform reserves the right to adjust service offerings or subscription prices with prior notice to users.

2. Account Registration and Use

Users shall register an account using authentic and lawful identity information. Registration using false, impersonated, anonymous, or other improper means is prohibited.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account and password information. This Platform assumes no liability for account leaks, loss, or data damage caused by inadequate user management.

A single user may not register multiple accounts for malicious operations or to disrupt Platform order.

Users shall ensure uploaded or processed audio files are lawful and compliant, and must not contain the following:

Content infringing upon others' legitimate rights such as copyrights, trademarks, reputation rights, privacy rights, etc.;

Illegal, violent, pornographic, racially discriminatory, fraudulent advertising, or politically sensitive content;

Viruses, malware, or actions aimed at compromising system security.

Users shall not abuse Platform resources in any way, including but not limited to: spamming interfaces, automated bulk requests, reverse engineering, or circumventing functional restrictions.

4. Intellectual Property Statement

This Platform, along with all its provided functionalities, interfaces, algorithms, graphics, and program code, are owned by the Platform and protected by copyright law and international intellectual property treaties.

Audio content generated or exported by users on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective user; however, the user grants the Platform a necessary temporary license to use such content for service provision purposes (e.g., processing, transcoding, caching).

Without authorization, no individual or organization may reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise use the Platform's content or services.

5. Data and Privacy Protection

The Platform will implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the security of user-uploaded data. User data will not be used for any non-service-related purposes without explicit user consent.

Uploaded audio files will be automatically deleted after processing within a defined period. The Platform does not actively store or back up these files; users are responsible for retaining their required results.

6. Paid Services

Certain Platform features are available via paid usage or subscription. Specific pricing plans are displayed on the Platform's pages.

All paid services are non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise stipulated by law or in cases of significant defects in the Platform service itself.

7. Disclaimer

Services provided by this Platform are offered "AS IS," without any express or implied warranties regarding continuity, stability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The Platform will endeavor to ensure service stability but assumes no liability for interruptions, delays, or data loss caused by system maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, or third-party factors.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the Platform and the user, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
